Over a four-week timeline, we reworked the layout, lighting, storage, and island to create a kitchen that feels open, functional, and easy to live in. Hi, I’m João Victor, the owner of Hipo Homes and the person who will personally help guide your remodeling project.
A successful remodel depends on more than materials and labor. It depends on planning, communication, coordination, and having someone accountable for the details from beginning to end.
That is why I created Hipo Homes around a Project Concierge approach. My role is to help you move through the remodeling process with clarity, from the first conversation, through scope, selections, drawings, permits, scheduling, trade coordination, construction, and the final walkthrough.
Before starting Hipo, I spent years managing detailed residential remodeling projects and learned how much the homeowner experience depends on structure, communication, and follow-through. Today, I bring that same level of care into Hipo by intentionally limiting the number of active projects I take on at one time.
That allows me to stay personally involved, protect the details, and give each client a more focused and accountable remodeling experience.
